Overview
Conflict is natural in a project-driven organization. The mature organization understands the types and categorization / prioritization of conflicts. There must also be an understanding of the mindset for resolving conflict, different conflict resolution strategies, and the impact of not resolving personal conflicts. Lastly an understanding of the prerequisites, strategies and process of giving constructive feedback is required. It is critical that conflict resolutions focus on the cause and its impacts as well remedies – not the person
Why is this session important?
