How do I login?
To login to your account, you can either visit navigateacademy.net and click on “Member Login” in the top right corner of the screen, or go to https://navigateacademy.net/wp-admin. Both routes provide a form for you to login with.
How do I get my new account information?
Once you purchase your subscription, you will receive 2 emails. One will be your order details and the other will be providing your account details along with a temporary password and way to reset it.
As an organization, I want to sign up my team, how do I pay for the subscription and how do get you a list of users? What information do I need to send you?
To purchase a subscription for a group, go to your desired subscription (Foundational or Elevated). Add as many seats to the quantity field as you need. Before adding to the cart, upload a document at the provided link in the description containing each user’s first and last name, email address, company, company address, and phone. Once the purchase is complete, we will create the accounts for your staff members.

How do I register for webinars?
Once you log into the academy visit your account/course dashboard. At the top you see 3 buttons. The center one takes you to your webinar registration page. This link updates each week and we will send out reminders when it has been updated and you can register.
