Technical Questions

How do I login?

To login to your account, you can either visit navigateacademy.net and click on “Member Login” in the top right corner of the screen, or go to https://navigateacademy.net/wp-admin. Both routes provide a form for you to login with.

How do I get my new account information?

Once you purchase your subscription, you will receive 2 emails. One will be your order details and the other will be providing your account details along with a temporary password and way to reset it.

As an organization, I want to sign up my team, how do I pay for the subscription and how do get you a list of users? What information do I need to send you?

To purchase a subscription for a group, go to your desired subscription (Foundational or Elevated). Add as many seats to the quantity field as you need. Before adding to the cart, upload a document at the provided link in the description containing each user’s first and last name, email address, company, company address, and phone. Once the purchase is complete, we will create the accounts for your staff members.

How do I register for webinars?

Once you log into the academy visit your account/course dashboard. At the top you see 3 buttons. The center one takes you to your webinar registration page. This link updates each week and we will send out reminders when it has been updated and you can register.

Live Webinar Questions

I can’t hear you when you start presenting. What’s going on?

Most probably your browser has muted the presentation. You will need to go to your browser settings to unmute it to be able to hear.

How many points do I get for attending the live webinar?

Everyone who attends the live webinar will receive 25 bonus points.

How do polls work?

During the webinar poll, a popup will appear with a multiple choice question for you to answer.

After the live webinar is complete, when does the course open so I can complete it?

The webinar will be available for replay, and the course will open 2 hours after the live webinar has finished.

How do I get my Project Management Professional (PMP) Professional Development Units (PDUs)?

Go to www.pmi.org – login to your account.  Go to the Certifications pull-down menu and select Report PDUs on CCRS.  Select the PDUs pull-down menu and select Report PDUs.  Select the fourth category on the left – Online or Digital Media.  Type Navigate Academy into the Provider box and type in the title of the lesson into the Title box. If you would like you can copy / paste the session description from the Navigate Academy website into the Description box – which is optional.  The URL is optional – but is navigateacedemy.net if desired.  Select the date you started and finished the lesson – typically the same day.  Select the number of PDUs. If you participated in a Foundational session you would put 1.00 in the Technical area, if you participated in an Elevated session you will put 1.00 in the Leadership area.  Click on the I agree this claim is accurate and hit submit. You will see a Claim Submission Results screen to verify you submitted the PDU.  If a certificate of completion is required, please email academy@navigateacadem.wpenginepowered.com and request a certificate for the session completion

How do I get my AVIXA Certified Technical Specialist (CTS) Renewal Units (RUs)?

First you will email academy@navigateacadem.wpenginepowered.com and request a certificate for the session completion.  We keep a record of all attendees and the completion status of all of their sessions, but only provide certificates of completion to those who request them.  Many of our participants do not have a CTS certification and therefore do not require certificates of completion.  Use the link below to find detailed instructions for CTS RU submittals

Do the Navigate Academy sessions also count towards the Project Management Professional project management education requirements?

Yes – you may need a certificate of completion if your PMP application is audited, so it is best to email academy@navigateacadem.wpenginepowered.com and request a certificate for the session completion.  Each session counts for one (1) educational hour of the thirty-five (35) required educational hours.  The PMP eligibility process is very well documented in handbooks on the PMI website
