Why is this session important?
There are several essentials to building and sustaining a thriving business and healthy company culture. One of these is the ability and willingness to share data and information with managers and employees at a level of detail and transparency to: enable them to understand how their function / department / role is impacted and impacts the business operations; and give them the capability and support to make sound business decisions based upon their level of authority. As mature companies seek to grow their next generation of leaders and managers – transparent information is a critical building block based on the viability of their information systems, the veracity and accuracy of their data / information, and a willingness to share knowledge and decision making authority /responsibility with their employees.
