Why is this session important?
Everything we do follows a process – when it is the correct process and we perform it correctly we create a deliverable which meets the intended quality standards. Establishing process standards provides the ability to grow, measure and improve our people’s skills and productivity, our deliverables to our Customers, and ultimately our profits.
